Personal Training sessions are where I can really dig in with a client and help them reach their fitness goals, get rid of pain and improve their lives overall. This is where the magic happens. We’ll develop a plan specifically for you and work together to make your goals a reality.
Why ARE you working out? This is the most important question I ask my clients.
Some of my clients want to be able to dance with their partner while others want to squat down and hug their grandkids. I want my clients to think about longevity; about what’s right for them in terms of function and movement in their own life.

To book a personal training session, call me at 714-730-5395. Each one hour session is $60 at my home or $70 if I travel to your location in Tustin, Santa Ana, Orange, or Anaheim Hills, California.
My personal training sessions are typically a combination of all methodologies I use, however purely MELT Method sessions can be booked on request.
