Hi, I’m Jeanette!

Mind, Body & Soul Fitness by Jet was birthed through my own journey into “true” fitness… fitness with longevity in mind. It started after kids when my body was out of shape. I felt like I would never have a healthy body again and started going to the gym.

I fell in love with the support and fun that comes along with Group Fitness and became an instructor. I love teaching group classes simply because they can be so much fun. I also offer Personal Training because clients experience incredible progress in the one-to-one environment.

I use multiple methodologies in my instruction and am always mindful on the impact movements have on the body. My goal is to help you be fit in a way that does not hurt your body, but allows it to thrive. I also recommend the use of non-toxic skincare to help promote overall health.
